A Seamless Transition
With over 35 years of experience, Total Clean has developed an effective and systematic process for contract mobilisation that fully considers the specific needs of each client, including:
- Site security requirements
- Logistics and storage management for each building
- Health, safety, and risk assessments for each location
- Recruitment, TUPE transfer of staff, inductions, training, and site familiarisation
Every client will be assigned a dedicated Total Clean contact who will oversee the transition process and ensure the following:
- Comprehensive client meetings to thoroughly understand each facility and its specific usage
- Site meetings to finalize the specifications of the work to be done
- Agreement on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Creation of Customised site specification packs
- Initial delivery of necessary equipment and cleaning supplies

Recruitment and Training
We implement a comprehensive recruitment process for all staff, requiring candidates to present original documents for verification, surpassing the standards set by the Home Office. This policy is applicable to both new hires and those transferring from other teams.
