Health and Safety Policy

Our Policy
Our Health and Safety Policy is a comprehensive framework encompassing all necessary measures to fulfil our health and safety commitments. We place special emphasis on:
- Providing and maintaining equipment, machinery, and work systems that prioritise safety and well-being, mitigating any health risks.
- Establishing protocols to ensure safety and minimise health hazards related to using, handling, storing, and transporting materials and substances.
- Offering the requisite information, training, guidance, and oversight to ensure a secure work environment.
- Ensuring that workspaces are maintained in conditions that prioritise safety and health to the fullest extent feasible.
- Supplying appropriate training, safety apparatus, and protective attire to ensure the well-being of our valued employees.
Upholding our cleaning health and safety policy is a collective endeavour that demands the full collaboration of every member of our workforce. All our employees are legally obliged to exercise reasonable caution to protect their own safety, the safety of their colleagues, and the well-being of all those affected by their actions.
We maintain a strict stance against any employee, regardless of position, who intentionally disregards or consistently neglects to comply with our Health and Safety Policy. Disciplinary measures will be taken to ensure that our commitment to health and safety remains unwavering.

Our Accreditations
At Total Clean, we firmly believe that our affiliations contribute to our excellence. Our commitment to service standards and environmental stewardship is paramount, evident in our extensive collection of essential registrations, memberships, and associations. These affiliations necessitate a steadfast adherence to rigorous codes of practice and are subject to external audits to ensure the unwavering maintenance of our compliance.
We have upgraded our ISO and OHSAS accreditations to those issued by UKAS. The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is the sole national accreditation body recognised by the British government to assess the competence of organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.
